How to Use Mini Label Printer

Cloud Print Mode:

1. Connect the printer to a power source; a green light indicates it's ready.
2. Enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device.
3. Scan the QR code on the manual to download the corresponding app and create an account.
4. Ensure the switch on the bottom of the printer shows the cloud icon.
5. Follow the app’s prompts: double-click the keypad, scan the QR code, and bind the new device.
6. Press the keypad for 6 seconds to configure the Wi-Fi.

Local Mode:

1. Turn off the bottom switch to deactivate Cloud Mode (no cloud icon should appear).
2. Follow the paper note’s prompts to connect your device to the printer’s Wi-Fi network.

Additional Information

• Charger: Always use the original charger provided with the printer.
• Network Compatibility: This printer does not support 5G networks or authenticated networks.
• Safety Tips: Avoid touching the print head or blade to prevent injury.
• Data Traffic: It’s recommended to turn off mobile data when using Local Mode.

LED Indicator Lights

• Orange Light: Important notifications (press the key to acknowledge).
• Red Light: Indicates overheating or that the printer is out of paper.
• Blue Light: Signifies Local Mode is active.
• Green Light (constant): Indicates the printer is in a normal working state.
