4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) are processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 AM are processed the next business day.
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After processing:
Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected method.
6. Do you provide order tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor the status of your delivery.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges for items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

12. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@smartpursue.com with a description and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
