I didn't like it. Product is beautiful but horrible the massage the massager is extremely hard, it should be something with silicone-like material, it does not massage anything is neck pain. Seller was great.

I wrote to the seller and explained the situation. The seller apologized and returned the money to me. The entire amount is $26, although I only asked for $7.
