I didn't like it. Product is beautiful but horrible the massage the massager is extremely hard, it should be something with silicone-like material, it does not massage anything is neck pain. Seller was great.
The product is very good and quality, everything works, no complaints. But I was sent with two heads instead of the ordered four .... I opened a dispute for a refund of the difference in payment of 7 $. AliExpress awarded the return of the goods for a refund. But how do I get back? We have a war. There is no shipment to China. I wrote to the seller and explained the situation. The seller apologized and returned the money to me. The entire amount is $26, although I only asked for $7. A very decent seller, although it turned out to be inconvenient. I didn't ask to return the entire amount. Thank you. Highly recommend.
