Ok - taken a while to review this. Sadly I get them to work. Needs a separate SIM card which I inserted. Unfortunately the instructions does not bare any resemblance to the app it relates to. Also I can’t register the new SIM card to the device. I passed the device to IT expert and he couldn’t understand the instructions either.
